: 4.5.1 While repairing and renovating ancient monuments, the originality, sensibility, national art and culture of the monument should be preserved and repaired in a research manner. 4.5.2 In accordance with the Financial Administration Rules, 2042, during the repair and restoration of ancient monuments through tendering, if the intention of sub-rule 4.5.1 cannot be met or the monument itself is likely to be destroyed or damaged, such works experience related to ancient monuments. The department can make it through quotation or deposit from among the individuals or firms. 4.5.3 According to sub-rule 4.5.2, when carrying out repair and restoration work, the department shall publish a notice in the Gorkhapatra and call for applications from persons or firms with experience in ancient monuments to be carried out through quotation or deposit. - The work of qualification (pre-qualification) will be done by the repair and restoration process determination committee according to sub-rule 4.6.1.
